Had the 过桥米线 with all ingredients. I have to say it’s one of the richest I’ve had. Good value and taste but not entirely authentic compared to the versions I had in Yunnan. Good value though if you are hungry as the base noodle is plentiful and lots of meat
Consistent flavour at all outlets. Amazing broth and really unique and delicious noodles. I accidentally ordered a bowl too spicy and the friendly staff gave me a non-spicy soup to wash my noodles.
