Tamaya Dining has always been my go to Japanese Restaurant for a long time. And I am glad the finally made the decision to start their HotPot menu in full swing. After Ohsumi, it was hard to find an authentic Japanese hotpot until now. Like typical Japanese cuisine the focus on the quality of the ingredients as usual spot-on
