My first Tai Tong mooncake. White lotus was good. skin & yolk not dry and lotus paste was smooth. However the normal lotus mooncake was over baked, skin was tough, too sweet for me and I personally don’t like the taste of the lotus paste. Like got Pandan flavour. Mooncake skin was v dark in Color.
