The service is terrible from Table Matters if you order online. I placed an order 2 weeks ago for a set of glasses (6) and only 1 arrived. Despite repeated calls, emails and whatsapp messages this situation has yet to be remedied. There has been no refund either.

The quality of products/services is really poor. The glasses I ordered were of subpar quality and the company did not respond to my concerns.
The atmosphere is lackluster and there is no attention to detail in the decor. It doesn't feel like a premium Countertop store.
The wait time for my order was longer than expected. They did not communicate any delays or provide updates.
The facilities and amenities at Table Matters are basic. It's just a regular store without any special features.
The value for money is not great at Table Matters. The prices are high for the quality of products and services provided.
