Unfortunately, due to a miscommunication, we later found out that our tote bags would not arrive in time for our event and we were very disappointed. However, TREA was quick to apologize and offer a solution. They arranged for express delivery of the tote bags and managed to get them to us just in time. The quality of the tote bags was also very good and our clients loved them. Overall, TREA handled the situation well and we appreciate their efforts to rectify the mistake.
