Staff Brandon mending the counter was rude and not helpful at all. Pls send your staff for training. Superpets always have better salesman till i met this staff. I dont think i am the only one who was mistreated.
Visited J9 on 5/6/23 Monday. Well served by the young man who is always smiling and well manner demonstrate. He will excel given the opportunity. Thank you young man.
Poor customer service. I asked for a product and salesperson was too busy even though I’ve already told him what I wanted. He showed me attitude when I asked him if he would help me bag my items. He said “Of course la, I’ll help you. Then why I take your bag?” Rude. Never going there again.
