Went to collect parcel at 12.20pm but shop was closed despite opening hours stated as 10am-9.30pm. Very irresponsible shop. Called their number listed on website but the person (Jamie) said the number is for delivery only and doesn't seemed very customer-centric. Stranded and sweating profusely outside shop. Lousy experience here. Avoid!
Had a pleasant experience with Daniel today. He was helpful and candid.
