Bus got cancelled suddenly without a proper inform & no standby bus to replace the trip. Feel like being scam! Also not even a bus counter was in Melaka Sentral. Called their office staff, they can't do anything. I will ask refund to compensate my lost & time. This was my 1st & last. Very Disappointed.

Both The drivers was quite old and drove the bus in a reckless manner. I felt unsafe during the journey. I will not choose Super Nice bus again in the future.
Wasted alot of time Purchase 11am ticket from Grantral Mall macpherson road to tbs KL. The bus scheduled to depart at 11am but it came at 11.30am. The bus was not in good condition, the air conditioning was not working properly and the seats were uncomfortable. It was a very uncomfortable and inconvenient journey. I will not recommend Super Nice bus to anyone.
