Just bought a pair of RayBan for my husband as a birthday gift. Sales assistant named Vivian was very attentive and friendly. Very helpful and polite and easygoing. My husband was very picky and spent quite a long time deciding which pair to get but Vivian was really patient! Thank you Vivian!
Was served by Jane at the counter. Pleasant and polite staff who arranged a new pair of sunglasses to ship from Hongkong for me. Got it shortly within 3-4 days. Great customer experience!
