I would like to give a bad feedback on the customer service we got from your saleslady named Jialing (name on her ID). I hope I remember the name correctly. She is the fat lady (with an obvious double chin) who is on duty today, December 25. The service needs to be improved.

The customer service at Sun Paradise Swimwear store is below par. The saleslady named Jialing was not friendly or helpful. She seemed disinterested and was not attentive to our needs. This really dampened our shopping experience. I would not recommend this store to others.
