Excellent customer service from Charmaine. I was going to get my balloons elsewhere but because of her I went with Starships. She’s proactive and patient with all my queries. The balloons were well received by the birthday ‘boy’. You can’t go wrong ordering from Starships!

I made the order via mobile. I like the convenience that Starships offer (able to confirm everything via WhatsApp), and they have many outlets island-wide that makes self-collection a breeze. This is the second time I ordered helium balloons for birthday parties from Starships. The whole customer experience was pleasant!
