A very big thanks to Chloe from Starry Homestead Paya Lebar for accompanying us on our renovation journey. Chloe is very attentive and patient with our requirements for our two room BTO unit. After initial discussions, she offered multiple design themes and provided great suggestions to maximize our limited space. Throughout the renovation process, Chloe was always responsive and provided updates regularly. She was also very detailed and ensured that every aspect of the renovation was taken care of. The end result exceeded our expectations and we are extremely satisfied with Chloe's professionalism and dedication.

However, as the renovation progressed, there were delays in the work and the quality of the workmanship was not up to standard. We had to constantly chase for updates and there were many mistakes and rectifications needed. Overall, we were disappointed with the experience and would not recommend Starry Homestead Paya Lebar.
