The bus was fine; the company informed us via WhatsApp one day in advance about the bus number. However, the bus driver went to the toilet and was even 10 minutes late. When he returned, he was walking in slow motion, and the bus was scheduled to depart at 9 am but didn't open the doors to let the passengers board first.
Bought a ticket for 8pm. Then the bus operator, white fat man said bus will coming at 8.30pm but the bus came at 9pm. Wasting an hour of my time standing there. The bus operator never say sorry for this rubbish mistake. Totally worst.
I travelled in StarMart and bus number is VDX96, the bus driver is concentrating on driving, he’s always talking in mobile only and driving very slow also. Kindly ask your drivers to concentrate on driving.
