Lousy after sales service. Aircon condensation seen since I stay a year plus ago. They came and put in foam to the brim to fill the box up but still condenses. Somemore my box up gap due to the much foam they put in. Now the box up part …
Out door unit cleaning, less than 15 minutes. Looks like no cleaning at all. High labor charges.
Starcool provided me with a very good experience with their aircon servicing, I have tried many other companies before and they just come, do abit of work, and finished the job very fast. But the guys from Starcool really cleaned my aircon well and took their time to make sure everything was in good condition. I am very satisfied with their service.
