Pathetic..as you can see..no one at counter and I have been inside the branch since 20 min yet their staff will purposely ignore you and pretend they are super busy even when they are clearly checking their phones simply seating on their desk…0 customer responsiveness
Lunch time only open 2 counters and many staffs are just sitting and chatting but not serving the customers.
I went to get queries answered. The representative was quick and informed.
