Booked Sprinkie Parties for our Staycation for the 31st August 2021 and they exceeded my expectations. Nurul and Ili were so professional and efficient in setting up the venue with the decorations. We chose the Emerald and Gold theme, and it looked absolutely stunning. The balloons were of good quality and the set-up was done exactly as we had discussed. I highly recommend Sprinkie Parties for any event decoration needs.

It was raining heavily so I was already drenched by the time I was at the store. When I reached, I was told that my order was not ready and I had to wait for another 30 minutes. The staff was not very apologetic and I felt like my time was not valued. The balloons I eventually got were fine, but the overall experience was disappointing.
