There is one staff who loves complaining about their customers after he/she left the shop only just for asking him to adjust spectacles more when purchased it. I strongly would like to advise him to have either right skill to adjust your spectacles properly or you can quit his job now! This was very unpleasant and disrespectful. I have been a long time customer with Spectacle Hut Parkway Parade and have never experienced such a terrible customer service. I hope that the management will look into this matter and improve their staff training.

The first shop I saw had Tom Ford’s was Spectacle Hut. The moment I stepped into the store and looked around that was advertised a 20% discount. Oh wow, so I thought I would have a look and more importantly ask to show me more Tom Ford but the female staff who attended to me told me very quickly and in a rush that the Tom Ford glasses are expensive and many limited editions have been sold out and to conclude that the expensive model is way too ex for anyone to buy and so she asked me to look somewhere else
