always my favourite place to feel better, to feel lighter and it is the first place I experience a proper length of meditation with great guidance. If you have never tried it before, this is definitely worth a try, at least for me I found a new world.

Super jetlagged yesterday. Went for Rachel’s class today and after one hour session -> All my jetlag gone and I woke up with so much clarity! Super happy!
