Very good service by Anthony from Song Cho IMM! He’s reliant, and approachable. I called to tell them that I made a wrong measurement and had to change to another model for the bath rack that I ordered, he was able to readily assist my issue and the problem was resolved within a few minutes, over the phone. Thanks Anthony!

Staff are friendly and attentive. Sent my old infrared cooker back here for repairs and got it fixed perfectly. Recommended!

Do not know their product well. Contacted their store in the morning at 1105 hrs, told one of their staff that I would like to change one of the wire basket BC-450BS to a smaller version as my kitchen cabinet hinges will not able to fit in.
