Agree with many here who says it's extremely unpleasant experience to claim. How can normal accident plan not pay for physiotherapy treatments unless the person has been hospitalised or undergone surgery? What unreasonable clauses and I definitely wouldn't recommend getting PA plan with them. I'm gonna switch as well. Waste of money.
Fast claim approval with Fast reimbursement (have PA Junior for both my kids). In our first year of buying, both collectively had 3 accidents and 1 food …
