I came at 5Pm cos it stated there closed at 6pm so when I reach they say it closed can atleast change the timing so other people won’t go there at that timing and I heavily pergnant just to came there to renew it but they lazy to solve it
Not friendly lack of communication skills unhelpful to help to try for the grant, very negative conversation telling you "by right you cant" " government auditors will check " what kind of office having such public service staff.
I was at e office at 1245hrs but staff told me to come back at 2pm coz their lunch was at 1pm.Are they practicing like a restaurant.. Last order, 30 mins before closing.
