It's my first time apply at Queenstown sso I submitted my application on 20 mar and my bank statement 23 mar I ask about my application status they told me pending approval. I have some difficulty in walking so I ask them via WhatsApp again she said after submit documents need to wait for 4 weeks to 6 weeks now is may no news.
Unresponsive and unhelpful. Good luck getting through their phone line if you are applying for any assistance. I suggest going to any other branch but here
