I was at SSO of bukit batok. The 2 staffs at the counter were extremely rude like as though they are helping me thru their pocket money. How can this people be serving the public at the front line when they don't know basic manners. Gosh!!
Certain officers tend to delay the process hence our application will take a longer waiting time.called up earlier and I was attended by a quite rude customer service officer by the name of Rani
Treat the poor like numbers in a file, officers are mean and inefficient. Horrible place.
