The parcel was sent to my place wrongly. I had emailed the so tea team for prompt action and I was furious mad that the parcel is for my friend’s belated birthday, and it ended up at my place. Asked them what is the reason to end up at my place, which I hadn't provided them the shipping address. The team acted quickly and got the parcel redelivered to my friend after I had provided her address. They also offered a small gift as an apology. Overall, though there was a mistake, the team was responsive and made effort to rectify the situation.
