There are many people who take the train during peak hours and it can get really stuffy and uncomfortable.

The train service is always on time and the staff are helpful. The stations are clean and well-maintained. Overall, a convenient and efficient mode of transportation.
I have had a few bad experiences with the train service. Trains were frequently delayed and crowded during peak hours. The air conditioning was not always working properly, making it very uncomfortable.
