Unpleasant purchase. The staff in Jurong Point smiggle is very rude. We were looking for backpack for my daughter and she had tried a few. The staff came and asked whether we will buy or not. Simggle management team really need to check the staffs on the ground and give a proper training. :(
Staff assigned on 29/5/2022 at around 12pm (curly-haired woman) is just cold/rude. Her choice of words is hilarious, you are working in Sales some more catering to kids, it's disappointing.
My daughter liked her lunch bag for $18 and bag for $35 very nice and cheap! Lady was super nice had great offers!
