Fitted with self operated machines for queue number. There are staff in each of the various departments should advice is necessary.

The registrar was egoistic insisting on throwing out the case, after escalation, the next judge covered up the mistake. They are biased with Singaporean landlords who are the worst landlords in the world. Their definition of neutral is to be amoral. Worst than third world country justice system.

I had my case dismissed, which was against Air India, for wrongful denying me carriage on their flight due to 'incorrect name in visa vs my passport name'. During the hearing, 2 separate management staff told me that my name on visa should match the passport exactly, and did not mention anything about having to include my middle name. It was only when I escalated the matter that the next judge acknowledged the mistake. I felt that the Small Claims Tribunals Registry office was biased in favor of Singaporean landlords, who I believe are the worst landlords in the world. The judge seemed egoistic and insisted on throwing out my case. Overall, I was disappointed with the justice system in this situation.

I found the registrar at the Small Claims Tribunals Registry office to be egoistic and insistent on dismissing my case. However, when I escalated the matter, the next judge acknowledged the mistake and provided a fair ruling. I suspect that there may be bias towards Singaporean landlords, which I feel is unfair. The overall experience with the justice system was disappointing.
