I had an unpleasant experience at this Singtel shop. The sales guy had an attitude. I didn't have the chance to get his name. It wasn't even busy. He used sarcasm while dealing with me. Totally 0 customer service manners. Avoid this shop if possible.

Just like most of the comments here; staffs are mostly busy chit chatting, playing phones rather than assisting consumers. They even looked unapproachable and won't go miles to explain anything in depth. Please avoid this outlet at all cost. Pathetic.
