Let me start by saying that I am a senior who is not very tech-savvy and one of my biggest nightmares about changing a plan and phone is losing data, numbers, pictures, etc. I must say that Joel Wong at the Singtel outlet made this process so easy and seamless for me. He patiently explained everything to me and went above and beyond to transfer all my data to the new phone. I am extremely grateful for his assistance and highly recommend Singtel and Joel Wong.
