Grateful for the wonderful experience at outram polyclinic lab test on 18 Jul 9.15am today! Staff here are so helpful all the way! The medical technologist Gina Perilla was very skilful, efficient in drawing blood samples and also humorous!
After blood test, need to deposit urine but the door is closed for the Clinical Laboratory and we cannot deposit the urine and making us wait another 1 hour before the door open for the urine to be deposited. This is ridiculous! If there is negative stars it should be -10 stars.
