Appt at 1420. Came at 1415. Brought my 66 year old mum for check up. All good till we arrive at the pharmacy section. Waited at the pharmacy for more than one hour to get the medicine. Approached the counter staff 2 times. Very disappointed with the service.
I'm truly impressed by Mr Sim - Pharmacist of the clinic for his excellent service! I received a call from him after sending in an online request to top up the medication & he highlighted I have yet to book for a follow up appointment.He …
