Always had a good experience here. Aside from maybe long waiting times for my medicine due to many people, I can leave the clinic in less than 45 minutes on a good day. Service is good and nurses always ensure I know what medicine to take.

Went for dressing on Sat morning. Attended by nurse Ms. S Tawin. It was my first dressing since I discharged from NUH on Fri after surgery. It was a special dressing and I am not aware I have to bring my own supplies. As clinic does not …

Went for dressing on Sat morning. Attended by nurse Ms. S Tawin. It was my first dressing since I discharged from NUH on Fri after surgery. It was a special dressing and I am not aware I have to bring my own supplies. As clinic does not provide, I left the clinic & told the nurse I will buy the supplies and come back for dressing. First time in this polyclinic, nurses are pretty rude. As a caregiver, I expected nurses to advise patients that they must bring their own dressing supplies and NOT just assumed patients know what to bring? It’s a new session and I left empty handed! Could have at least reminded me about this. Can file in a complaint against the nurses?
