Went to return a item that I bought online and had to Be shipped back to the seller. I was assisted by a young Malay lady who came out from her desk to assist me to print out the shipping label and explain how to complete the whole process. Service was friendly and helpful.
passport collection at 11am, reach here at 1050am, and i still have to wait 19 person ahead of me, whats the point of having appointment, stupid system, inefficient, hate waiting.
