I went at around 4-5pm and it was not as crowded as I supposed, since it is a town area. The staffs working in this branch were especially caring and helpful, they are welcoming, and were able to establish good communication with customers! The staffs deserve a lot more, do treat them with great courtesy!

Was pleasantly surprised by the nice and helpful staff at this SingPost branch. Didn't have to wait too long for my turn at the counter. Passport collection went smoothly; way better than my experience at ICA Building several years back.
