I was confused with the international shipping options and he really went the extra mile to assist me. He patiently explained the different services available and helped me choose the most suitable one. He even offered to help me pack my items properly to ensure they don’t get damaged during shipping. Thank you so much for your excellent service!
I just wanna share my experience visiting Serangoon Garden Post Office at 9.42 am on 15th March. I was there to collect my parcel. I was attended by a customer service officer named Mr Hamid Shapardi. Kudos to him who has made my experience so much better. He was friendly and professional, and he attended to me promptly. He explained the procedure clearly and made sure I understood everything. It was a pleasure dealing with him. Great staff!
