I had a great experience at the Jurong West Branch Post office. The service staff, Ms Noraini, was extremely helpful and patient in guiding me through the process of sending a parcel to the UK. She went the extra mile to assist me and made the experience pleasant. I would highly recommend this post office.
I recently went to the Jurong West Branch Post office to pick up my passport. The place has been renovated and the air-conditioning is nice and cool. The atmosphere is pleasant and comfortable. I had a good experience overall.
I had a terrible experience with one of the staff members at the Jurong West Branch Post office. The staff member, a Chinese lady without a name tag, was blatantly trying to avoid helping me. The post office was almost empty at the time, so there was no excuse for the poor service. I would not recommend this post office.
