Yesterday in the late afternoon, I went to the Clementi branch to post a parcel. The queue was long. I asked the lady controlling the queue to estimate the time for my turn. She told me about 2 hrs. So I went home intending to come again later, which I did. Queued up again but my parcel was not accepted. The clerk told me I had to affix tape around the parcel. I was not told before to affix tape. I returned home again to do that. And when I returned, I discovered that the clerk I spoke to earlier did not tell me to check that the parcel can be sent as registered mail. There was no such instruction on the website and a colleague of hers told me in the AM that I can send the parcel as registered mail. All in all, it was a massive massive waste of time, because in the end when I went back the 3rd time, after wasting the whole day, the queue was closed. I lost a day making fruitless trips to Singpost branch. I am not sure if I want to continue going to post offices to send parcels. Just thought to share my experience.

I had a terrible experience with SingPost. My package was delayed for more than a week and the tracking information was not updated correctly. When I contacted customer service, they were unhelpful and did not offer any solutions. I will never use SingPost again.
