Having long queue to collect passport when book appointment at 10 am but yet I need queue with people for other services they should put one section for people to collect passport services so doesn’t mix together n need wait long hours of waiting without any seat and waiting outside SingPost standing in hot sun

Went a couple of times on weekdays off peak period with short waiting time. Service was excellent and efficient provided by counter staff. The sms queue notification is helpful to alert customers that it has reached their turn. It was an overall breeze experience.
