I have a very pleasant visit to Clinic 3B on 8th May 8.50am appointment for my eye check up. I would like to express my appreciation to Dr Anna Tan and her 2 nurse. Unfortunately, I couldn't catch their name after the eye drop. A young …
Long queue just to pick out a queue number. This is after a very efficient diagnostic and consultation. Several elderly patients who are waiting in line were having difficulty standing for prolonged period. I have to approach staff to get them to open up the counters instead of just having one counter to issue queue numbers.

Brought my aunt, 86-year-old, on a wheelchair, to SNEC for her first appointment. The appointment time was 2.50 pm. We registered at the self-service kiosk at 2.35 pm but were unsuccessful. We were further directed to another counter. The process was a bit confusing, and it would have been better if there was more assistance available for elderly patients.
I had a very pleasant visit to Clinic 3B on 8th May for an 8.50 am appointment. I would like to express my appreciation to Dr. Anna Tan and her two nurses. They provided excellent care and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment.
The queue to pick a queue number was quite long and inefficient. This was after a very efficient diagnostics and consultation process. Many elderly patients were having difficulty standing for a prolonged period. I had to approach the staff to open up more counters to issue queue numbers, which could have been done more proactively to assist the elderly.
