What a life saver!! I was organising an outing in a distant location with slower access to professional first responder help. One of our participants mentioned that s/he had some training in CPR and an ambulance-responder course at Heart Wellness Centre at Bishan S.A.F.R.A. Armed with this important knowledge, I signed up for the CPR- and AED-training classes facilitated by Singapore Heart Foundation that specialises in heart wellness and other heart-related training at the same centre!
