The officer in charge was very rude and did not reply my msg after she started messaging me via whatsapp. Spell words wrongly and did not bother to reply and block me on whatsapp. No proper way of verify the officer in charge. I want someone to contact me regarding my complain.
So fortunate I met a dedicate and wonderful trainer during my managing working at height course last Sep18.
I attended your BCSS class in 2018 Neil Road. Do you run any Sunday class such as Managing working at height course? Hope you have.
