Our experience today was horrible, we called to reserve for 3.40 to 5pm and requested a big room because lots of us will be there. Upon arriving, the staff told us that we cannot stay for the full 2 hours but only for 1 hour because there is a reservation after us. However, we called and no one told us about this.
