Well ever since Auto city opened across the road, the footfall for this building has declined as most tenants moved over too. Maybe only for those holding on to the cheaper rent and also long term customers. There are a couple of household shops around but not much to attract the crowd here. Customers are more likely to go to auto city across as a one stop for car repairs and car grooming services and more amenities. This took away business from Sin Ming. Sin Ming recently brought in a few motor cycle shops, but I doubt it would increase the footfall because once you step in you would see still empty shops. Myself used Auto City as a reference to realise Sin Ming is actually more expensive that it actually claims to be. A relay for any parts takes 3 days. Just go to the versions list.

I had a very bad experience with Sin Ming Autocare. I brought my car in for repair and they took a very long time to fix it. The staff were not helpful and did not communicate well with me. I would not recommend this place.

I have been a customer at Sin Ming Autocare for many years and I am always satisfied with their service. The staff are friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them.
