Horrible Service. They blue ticked you, won't reply to your messages and then block you. It took me 2 days to message them and realize that they are not interested. Definitely not engaging their services.

Very disappointing. 1 of our camera is not working then I called for help, the guy said they need to send technician down with $150 transportation plus checking. I ended the call and decided to troubleshoot myself by switching off the camera and turning it on again, and it started working. This is such a basic troubleshooting step that the technician should have asked me to do over the phone. It's such a waste of time and money. I will not recommend this company.
