Took an apartment through them for nine days. The only criteria were room size and presence of a balcony. The apartment has tiny rooms with barely any space in bedroom to even walk around the bed. What was sold as a 43sq m apartment is under 29 sq m internal area. They refused to terminate the rental early. Waste of time and money
