My recent visit left me extremely dissatisfied. Despite clearly explaining the severity of my condition and requesting a three-day medical certificate (MC), Dr. [LOCUM] ignored my request and provide only a two-day MC. This decision was made without any explanation or consultation with me. As a result, I had to take an additional day off work without a valid MC. This lack of consideration for my situation was highly disappointing.
I went to the clinic today having high fever the whole night. Everyone who’s there I believe are sick. Regardless, everyone should treat each other with basic respect. The staff at Silver Cross Family Clinic in Yishun, however, were extremely rude and unfriendly. I felt like an inconvenience to them and they made no effort to make me feel comfortable or cared for. I will definitely not be returning to this clinic in the future.
