v bad service..wanted to make a duplicate key for my luggage .. so difficult to get their attention... then told me that they dun do it.. wanted to ask them for further advise etc.. they totally ignore me like i was talking to the air

Bad quality. The key that I receive, the size is too thick for my key slot. And the attitude of the staff is not friendly at all. For the price, I thought that they will do a better job than this. Disappointed

Copy 2 house keys, 1 can use and the other cannot use. So went to change twice and even the third time the key still unable to use. Really unprofessional. The first two times key is unable to fit and slot in, the third time can slot in but unable to unlock.really wasting time and money!!
