I'm writing this feedback for the excellent customer service by Yuki and Xin Ling! Welcomed by them as I walked in the store, I haven't been to this store for few months already as my office moved hence wasn't convenient like before. However, decided to pop by the store to get some groceries today. I met Yuki who was so sincere and welcoming, truly a gem in customer service. She took initiative to ask if there's anything i need help with as i was browsing the selections. I needed help to read the manufacture date of a particular product but couldn't do so and i managed to approached Xin Ling who was nearby and she was prompt to help. Thank you both of you for making my day! Definitely will make this store a monthly visit routine again. Cheers!

Shine Korea Supermarket has a great variety of Korean groceries. They have a good selection of fresh produce, as well as pantry staples and snacks. The prices are fair and the staff are friendly. I always enjoy shopping here!
