Do not go to this money changer. They board display rate is very misleading. Example: JPY, they display "sell" as 0.0103. It does not mean 1 SGD to 103 jpy..it actually means 1 SGD to 97 JPY only (1/0.0103). When the online rate is already 103.30!
On Apr 10, memo at the window said be back by 4.30 PM... Was there since 4.10 PM, waited until 4.50 PM and still no sign. Wasted my time waiting!
