Useless service. Suffered a punctured tyre along the halfway. Tow truck only came after an hour to help us. No replacement car and no refund even though its not my fault? Now they won’t even reply me? T&Cs aside, your management need to reply and not just block me? Bunch of cowards. Do not use this app guys save your money

I can't say enough good things about Shariot Car Sharing in Singapore. The value for money is outstanding. The cars are clean and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. Overall, a great experience.
Horrible experience with Shariot Car Sharing. Tried to book a car but had to wait for 30 minutes as they didn't have any availability. When we finally got a car, it was dirty and smelled like smoke. Will never use this service again.
